How to Purchase a Subscription Plan
To purchase a subscription plan, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Pricing page.
- Review the available subscription plans and select the one that suits your needs.
- Click the Upgrade Plan button under your chosen plan.
- Follow the prompts to complete your payment and activate your subscription.
How to Upgrade a Subscription Plan
If you want to switch to a higher-tier subscription plan, follow these steps:
- Log into your account and go to the Pricing page.
- Identify the plan you want to upgrade to and click Upgrade Plan.
- Complete the payment process. Your new subscription will begin immediately, and you'll have access to the additional features.
How to Cancel a Subscription
To cancel your subscription, follow the steps below:
- Log into your SammCare account and navigate to your Account Settings.
- Locate the Subscription section and click on Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm your choice. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
