We collect prescription images you submit, the health information visible on them, order items, recipient contact and address, payment references, pharmacist decisions and order-policy acceptance records to assess and fulfil medicine orders, prevent misuse, reconcile payments and handle complaints or refunds.
Only upload a prescription for yourself or a person you are authorized to assist. Include the complete prescription needed for review and avoid uploading unrelated medical records. Pharmacists review images manually; we do not use OCR or AI to approve your prescription.

Review access is intended for qualified pharmacists. Order and payment staff receive the information needed for their role. The assigned pharmacy uses order information for fulfilment. Couriers receive delivery details and necessary parcel information, not your prescription images. Authorized staff at the assigned pharmacy may use the order recipient’s phone number to retrieve delivery and cancellation history, delivery-volume information and merchant reports from Steadfast for delivery planning and manual order review. Missing history is treated as unknown; this information does not automatically reject an order. Payment providers process payment information under their own policies.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no system can be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data against unauthorized access by cybercriminals.
