Eperisone is centrally-acting skeletal muscle relaxant used to improve myotonic symptoms.
Dosage and Administration
How to use
Eperisone Hydrochloride:
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it.
Eperisone Hydrochloride is to be taken with food.
Administration:
Should be taken with food. Take after meals.
Adult Dose:
Oral
Muscle spasms
Adult: 50 mg tid.
Interaction
Avoid concomitant use with tolperisone HCl and methocarbamol.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity.

- Sleepiness
- Fatigue
- Muscle weakness
- Headache
- Dryness in mouth
- Upset stomach
Weakness, dizziness, insomnia, drowsiness, numbness or trembling in the extremities, hepatic and renal dysfunction, haematological changes, skin rashes, itching, GI disturbances, urinary disorders, Rarely, shock.
Pregnancy And Lactation
Eperisone should only be used in pregnant women if the expected therapeutic benefits are evaluated to outweight the possible risks of treatment. The safety of Eperisone has not been established in pregnant women. The drug should not be used during lactation.
Precautions And Warnings
Precaution:
Hepatic impairment. May impair ability to drive and operate machines.

Keep below 30°C temperature, away from light & moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
